We handle clients' business transactions, includes negotiating, drafting/reviewing of contracts, tax, setting up a company - establishment & company registration, business license and permits. Litigation. Represents plaintiffs or defendants in civil lawsuits. We manage all phases of the litigation from the investigation, pleadings, and discovery through the pre-trial, trial, settlement, and appeal processes. Merger and Acquisition. We assist our clients with the appropriate legal advices, identify the legal issues, build a “road map” for the client from start to finish. Advise on deal and negotiating tactics. Conduct due diligence on other side, and provide advice concerning the drafting, negotiation, and performance of contracts for the sale of portions of the business.
